Focus - You already have it, don't you?

As a person that has spent many hours in front of people giving training, as well as time spent on the phone training large groups, I often get the question, How do  I get more focused?

The answer is, you may not want to get more focused! Let me explain.

Focus is not the missing tool you are looking for, now that is my perception, let me see if I can explain this clear enough to make sense.

What you are doing right now is giving you results, right? So you are already focused on something. The challenge is that you may want to have different results! So its not getting more focused, its changing your activities, that's a different process, its changing your Why belief, that's a different process.

I would have to believe that you don't sit around wondering what to do, or have time in your day that is completely void of any activity, so its a matter of putting things in priority order that will move you continually towards your goal.

It is my belief that you are looking to be more accountable for your actions. Its my belief that you want to have a different vision for the future that you can monitor daily.  Because you are achieving your goals everyday, they just may be someone else's goals, and that's the frustrating part.

Learn more about Accountability, have more of what you want and less of what you don't, it may help you to have a Goals Review session with me, visit www.seangmurphy.com and you will be amazed what positive feelings you will have after the NO-FEE 40 minute session. Its my gift to you and all that are looking to you for support.
